BrandBurp, a digital marketing firm that has quietly built a reputation over the last few years, has shifted into a new office space in Noida. The move wasn’t marked by banners or big speeches, just a bunch of employees happy to see each other in person again after long stretches of remote work.
The office sits in one of Noida’s busier commercial spots. It’s not massive, but it has just enough space for open desks, a few bright posters on the walls, and a coffee counter that, by mid-morning, had already turned into the unofficial hangout area.
CEO Anshul Sharma kept things simple when asked about the shift.
“We needed to be closer to clients in Delhi-NCR, and we wanted a space that felt less like an office and more like a creative zone,” he said. “That’s really it. The rest will follow.”
For the team, the first day felt more like a college reunion than a formal opening. There was a ribbon, but it was cut quickly before people went back to chatting, taking photos and ordering food. One of the employees laughed and said, “Honestly, it didn’t feel like a launch event at all; it felt like we’ve been here forever.”
BrandBurp has grown from a small startup to a company that works with over 2,000 clients. They handle everything from SEO to marketing campaigns, app promotions, and brand management. But Sharma says the culture is still small teams. “We don’t want people to feel like they are part of a machine.” That spirit should live on in the new office.
Hiring is another small but important reason for the move to Noida. The city has a lot of talent, and the company wants to hire more young people. The team believes that hiring local talent will bring new energy and ideas to their work.
The new space also shows how people’s expectations of how they want to work are changing. There are breakout sections, adjustable seating, and casual hangout spots. The office is designed to enable rapid conversations and spontaneous brainstorming instead of fixed workstations and cubicles.
The team seems happy to just get used to things. The first week has already seen late-night brainstorming sessions, coffee runs on the fly, and a lot of laughter ringing down the new corridors.
